My Next Camera – The Sigma FP

Sigma has announced its first full-frame mirrorless camera, the Sigma fp, and the company is looking to make an impression on the market with the claim that it’s the “smallest & lightest” full-frame mirrorless camera in the world.Designed as a “pocketable full-frame” camera, the fp measures 4.43 x 2.75 x 1.78 inches but still offers a 24.6-megapixel 35mm full-frame sensor. (For comparison, Sony’s RX100 VI, which features a 1-inch sensor, is only marginally smaller at 4.0 x 2.3 x 1.7 inches.)Despite the small size of the body, you’ll still need to attach a lens to it. Given the size of most full-frame lenses, that means you’ll have a slightly awkward weight to balance, but the fp’s diminutive form factor does look pretty impressive.

imagine one tiny camera that can do it all…. Sigma has always made nice hardware, so I am actually really excited about this (and it might pull me away from Sony… might.)

IT’S OK – The World’s First Bluetooth 5.0 Cassette Player by NINM Lab — Kickstarter

NOTE – I no longer back kickstarter projects. I have been burned too many times by good ideas gone rogue. I like the idea of “It’s OK”, and I may buy one if it comes to retail, but I won’t be backing the kickstarter.

In the summer of 1979, the first portable cassette player of the world was introduced as the initial generation of personal music devices. Put on your headphones and insert your favorite idol’s cassette tape; press “Play”, listen to music anywhere, and watch the motion of the tape turning. Cassette players were popular in the entire ‘80s. It was the first time you could bring along your selection of music. It accompanied us in times of happiness and healed us in times of sadness. That is the splendid ‘80s era which people long for; those were the days when music still had weight.

As time passes, music has become digitized and everything is convenient. But a cassette tape is still romantic and unforgettable.

The new launching of IT’S OK Bluetooth 5.0 cassette player brings a new perspective to the romanticism of the ‘80s cassette player. It is the world’s first cassette player with Bluetooth 5.0 capability that not only supports traditional 3.5mm headphones but is also compatible with Bluetooth 5.0 headphones or speakers. Whether you are alone or in an open space, you can freely enjoy the penetrating voice and warm sound from the cassette tape.

If you are romantic enough, IT’S OK.
